    At Method, we believe that great product and design stems from a collaborative culture that champions diverse backgrounds, needs, and perspectives. We recognize that Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) are principles that continuously evolve as our society progresses, and can present differently across cultures and geographies.     Facilitating thought-provoking, relevant, all-staff conversations about DEI. Actively engaging every team in how DEI relates directly to their work with clients. Providing opportunities for deeper engagement through our DEI Committee.

  • Enhance our communication to employees & clients

    Sharing how we are fulfilling our commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion through public blog posts and web content related to DEI topics. Ensuring that DEI news is regularly included in company-wide communications.

  • Expand DEI learning & professional development opportunities

    Providing a three-part Foundations of Diversity training. Hosting a speaker series focused on how DEI intersects with our work for clients.

  • Increase the diversity of our workforce

    Improving recruitment and hiring practices. Putting in sustained effort to ensure Method is a healthy, inclusive place for talented people of all backgrounds to work and grow their careers.

  • Building a more accessible web

    Our team is dedicated to creating digital products and experiences that are accessible to those with diverse abilities. This not only includes the work we do for our clients, but also our own website and digital solutions.
