Enhance our communication to employees & clients
Sharing how we are fulfilling our commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion through public blog posts and web content related to DEI topics. Ensuring that DEI news is regularly included in company-wide communications.
Expand DEI learning & professional development opportunities
Providing a three-part Foundations of Diversity training. Hosting a speaker series focused on how DEI intersects with our work for clients.
Increase the diversity of our workforce
Improving recruitment and hiring practices. Putting in sustained effort to ensure Method is a healthy, inclusive place for talented people of all backgrounds to work and grow their careers.
Building a more accessible web
