Clear Capital

Clear Capital is a leading provider of loan valuations for financial institutions across the United States. The company offers an ultra-efficient web-based technology platform and a network of more than 29,000 real estate professionals who provide highly accurate valuations. In 2008, Method collaborated with Clear Capital to develop a comprehensive visual language for the Clear Capital brand, providing brand messaging and an integrated design platform for marketing and communications. Our client valued the brand equity Clear Capital had established, but recognized the challenges presented by the nature of the business and the designs already in place. The previous brand system had evolved over time and lacked clear guidelines. Given the expansive vendor network across the country, the system needed to be clean, comprehensible, and above all clearly defined to maintain consistency in all applications. Product collateral was a critical focus: through better presentation and communication of information and data, every vendor would have a stronger set of tools. Beginning with a logo refresh, the brand system was extended to business papers, marketing collateral, and the company's website. The revised system, while honoring the heritage of Clear Capital's brand, is clean, sophisticated, and trustworthy. The system was deployed in late January 2009.

Founded in 1957, the San Francisco International Film Festival (SFIFF) is the longest-running film festival in the Americas. In 2006, the San Francisco Film Society, presenter of the film festival, asked Method to update the festival’s image.
