About the Presentation:
"Virtual Worlds in Healthcare: Real World Benefits"
CIGNA has launched a pilot program offering virtual world health coaching, seminars and workshops to help members make positive lifestyle choices and improve their long-term health. As part of their commitment to engaging with its members in different ways, CIGNA, with the help of Method, has created a virtual world experience that will ultimately augment other more traditional channels of communications, such as telephone, web and face-to-face. This is one of the first examples of a company implementing a cross-channel, user experience centric designed, 3D environment and a global first in the healthcare sector.
