Raphael Grignani joins Method's San Francisco office as Director of User Experience. Prior to joining Method, Raphael founded Nokia's Bay-area design studio in 2008, where he lead a multidisciplinary design team that worked across the Nokia organization to clarify and translate business opportunitites through design. Raphael is a leader and active member of the design community, participating in student mentoring, writing for various design publications, and speaking at international conferences. Most recently, he has presented at Lift Korea, UPA International Conference, AIGA Design Conference, IxDA'10, and Kyoorius DesignYatra.
Raphael brings a strong understanding and passion for motivating cross-cultural teams to guide the creative process.
