OverviewMethod has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Level Client Services/Account Partner to join our team as Vice President, client Services. This person will oversee all account facing operations and is ultimately responsible for the quality of our service. The Vice President must possess a strong understanding of strategic business issues and know how to teach employees how to lead their clients and teams to deliver innovative solutions. They must demonstrate the ability to rapidly absorb strategic issues and our clients’ business issues, and be able to suggest solutions that bring clarity. In addition, they need to have impeccable credentials and experience in Method’s service areas and be able to establish credibility and vision with clients and internal teams when it comes to solutions, insight, implications and delivery
Primary ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for all Client Services activities out of the San Francisco office including Account Management, Account Planning and Project Management and will strive to continuously improve processes to ensure a high quality of client experience and increase margins.
•Overseeing all staff managing client initiatives and is ultimately responsible for the quality of our service out of San Francisco.
•Improve the quality of client experience by partnering with Client Services leaders from other geographies to evolve and improve our practices.
•Partnering with Business Development and the regional GM to oversee the development of new business opportunities both from new and existing client.
•Interacting with client senior management to outline options, choices and specific actions to achieve client and service objectives.
•Mentoring and managing the Client Services staff.
•Collaboration with HR and Recruiting in identifying, qualifying, and attracting new Client Services employees.
QualificationsExperience Required
•10+ years in professional services, with a solid track record of growing and building client relationships and revenues.
•At least 3 years’ experience managing a department, including department P&L responsibility.
•Proven ability to mentor and develop staff and to collaborate with peer managers and executive management.
•Solid business development experience, including developing proposal, estimates and statements of work – but also pitching and selling clients.
•Extensive Client relationship management and Project and Program Management experience.
•Consulting craft.
•Strategic business planning and Account Planning expertise.
•Extensive domain experience within the creative services and interactive spaces.
•In-depth cross-industry experience.
