We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our administrative team in support of our Chief Operating & Financial Officer. This position is based in San Francisco, CA.

We make a significant impact on the people we support. We are adept at managing a variety of simultaneous support projects, and our communication skills are stellar.
As an Executive Assistant, you will support the Chief Financial & Operating Officer—a key role in keeping business operations organized and on track. You will assume a wide range of responsibilities, all of which require ingenuity and innovation. Using your exceptional communication skills and multi-tasking abilities, you will contribute toward maintaining Method’s positive operating results, efficiency and effectiveness. In addition to supporting the COO, you may also be asked to support other staff members in HR and Finance from time to time.
Responsibilities
- Email and calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense report preparation.
- Prepare presentations, correspondence, metrics, charts, tables, and graphs.
- Act as liaison to other Method departments as well as outside agencies and organizations.
- Perform general clerical duties including, but not limited to, filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
- Exercise an extremely high level of discretion and integrity with regard to confidential and sensitive issues/subject matter.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications
- BA/BS degree. In lieu of degree, 5 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Highly trustworthy with proven experience handling confidential matters.
- Capacity to exercise personal maturity while maintaining a fun-loving, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to successfully interact with all levels and departments in a company, including several offices, domestic and international.
- Adept at using technology to improve work efficiency.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Sound judgment, common sense, and the ability to make timely decisions.
- Adaptable to constantly changing priorities.
- Enthusiastic attitude and great sense of humor is a must!
