Overview
Digital technology affects the core business models of virtually every industry. Whereas much of design’s charter in the past has been to serve the brand, today’s requirements include design being able to help innovate and grow the business itself. Strategy plays an important function on the multi-disciplined design teams that work across all of our client engagements.
At Method, our strategists help our clients understand how and where design can be used to address business needs through conversation, research, and facilitated problem-solving and structured thinking. Our strategists also help our designers translate and understand the client’s requirements, opportunities, and success criteria into design solutions that meet or exceed the client’s needs. Finally, they help to synthesize learning across projects, clients and industries to further our capabilities as a company.
