Method

Nokia Retail

Method has been working with Nokia on a multi-year, multi-phase engagement to redefine their digital touchpoints in retail. The result is exciting new experiences for customers and new opportunities for retail staff.

Utilizing large-format touchscreens, Method collaborated with Nokia to create personalized and rewarding experiences for store visitors.

The installations allow users to have one-on-one consultations as well as interactively learn more about Nokia Lumia phones, applications for smartphones, and curated local "staff picks" to visit.

With their new line of Nokia Lumia smartphones, these interfaces promise to interactively showcase all of the lifestyle possibilities that Nokia has to offer. These innovative new digital touchpoints were revealed at the Nokia World conference in October 2011 and are currently in use in Nokia retail stores.

Nokia Lumia: For the launch of Nokia Lumia, Method created an application to bring to life the benefits of the award-winning phone experience and hardware design. Alongside detailed information about the phones, accessories, and applications, users can learn about the Nokia Lumia experience, including great apps to use with it.

Nokia Concierge: Nokia has a large range of devices. The Nokia Concierge large-format touchscreen application helps retail staff to provide one-on-one advice on the right mobile solution for the customer through interactive filtering, comparison, and demonstration.

Nokia Apps: Applications are an increasingly important aspect of mobile device purchase. With rich media content and the ability to instantly download, the Nokia Apps touchscreen application allows apps to be merchandised by staff and browsed by customers.

Nokia Maps: The Maps application brings to life the rich location-based content accessible through maps on a Nokia mobile device. This large, wall-mounted touchscreen map features an ever-changing curated selection of local places.

Felipe Del Corral, Head of Digital Retail, Worldwide at Nokia, states that "the fresh thinking from Method is helping to redefine what people expect from retail. They have successfully created interfaces that consumers enjoy and that place Nokia at the forefront of retail innovation."

Method offers a rational and intuitive approach to solving complex brand challenges in all traditional and digital media.
