As Director of Client Services in our New York studio, Narguess leads the delivery efforts for a wide range of projects and new business engagements and acts as a core liaison between Method’s internal teams and our clients. She brings a deep understanding of interactive design, print, and branding to each project and helps keep the team focused on a larger vision and strategy and motivated to execute on the details. Her recent clients include AOL, BBC, Marimekko, Time Warner Cable, and Scripps.
Narguess has a solid background working with multidisciplinary teams of designers, strategists, and technologists and with clients from varied industries and organizational cultures. Prior to joining Method, she was an Account Manager at Imagination, a global strategic communications firm, where she led environmental design and marketing communication projects for clients such as Ericsson, American Express, and Virgin Mobile. Before entering the creative services industry, she worked at ArtNews magazine and About.com, where she helped launch one of the first pay-per-click advertising models, now Google's AdWords.
Narguess graduated with a degree in English from Bryn Mawr College and received her Master of Arts in Communication, Culture and Technology from Georgetown University. Part Martha Stewart and part MacGyver, she can often be found tinkering with something in the kitchen, often with varying levels of success.
A firm is only as good as its people.
