David is Creative Director at Method London, where he manages design across disciplines. An intuitive and collaborative lead, he works to ensure strategic innovation is delivered through world-class brand experience.
He comes to Method with over 12 years design experience, ranging from global brand identity creation and rollout across channels and touch points, to next generation digital UI and unique one-off 4D interactive installations.
Previously, as the Creative Director at Imagination, Native and Moving Brands he worked for clients such as Audi, BBC, Ford, HP, Microsoft, Nokia, Samsung, Swisscom, TomTom, Whirlpool, Yahoo and others. Prior to this, David was art director at Razorfish in New York and London, interaction designer at Metadesign, and junior product designer at IDEO.
During his career David has won many international design awards including the prestigious D&AD, AIGA, Red Dot, European Design, ADC*E, Cannes Lions, Creative Review, Design Week and others. His work has been published and exhibited internationally.
Educated at the highly respected Royal College of Art in London, David gained a Masters Degree in Design Interactions, studying under the renowned design academic Gillian Crampton-Smith and critical design thinker Anthony Dunne.
When he was younger David was an international sportsman, playing for England U19 Rugby against France, Wales, Scotland, Italy and Argentina. Now somewhat older and in love with wooden yachts, he is learning to sail to far off lands.
